The coaching staff at Soccer Elite FA are young, energetic and keen to develop.  Unlike other money making organisations this company really has the development of each player at heart.  The sole aim is to give each player the best chance to fulfill their potential.

Having viewed the training at first hand the player to coach ratio is very good and this enables the players valuable contact time with the coaches.  Tony Browne and Lee Spiller have both been through the academy system themselves as players and therefore understand the process of developing young players.  This helps them guide and advise the players and parents wisely.

The parents that have come to the Chelsea development programme through Soccer Elite FA have nothing but good words to say about the company.  In addition the young players are very attached to the coaches and enjoy being in their company.  This is the best indicator that Soccer Elite FA is a great start for any child playing football and a soccer school that I would personally recommend.
